5. Conflict
In the event of any conflict between this English language Personal Data Protection Notice and its corresponding Bahasa Malaysia Personal Data Protection Notice, the terms in this English language Notice shall prevail.

This Personal Data Protection Notice (Notice) is issued by us in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) to all our customers or patients or other individuals and the hospital will ensure that every personal data and personal sensitive issue data collected by us will be protected and completely confidential.

5. Conflicts
For the avoidance of doubt, in the event of any conflict between this Malaysian version and the English Notice, the English version shall prevail.
