Responsibilities:

• Review prescriptions, supply and dispense medications. 

• Provide patient counseling on proper drug administration and technique.

• Assist in medication history clerking.

• Provide information to healthcare staff and patients on safe and effective use of

medications.

• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and hospital policies.

• Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

• High Dependency Unit (HDU)

2. Assists in inventory stock management, adhering to FEFO/FIFO 
3. Assist in patients’ data management and maintaining confidentiality of patient data.
4. Complies with hospital and departmental policies.

Requirements:

1. Possess Diploma in Pharmacy.
2. Working experience in a hospital or medical centre setting will be an added advantage.
3. Familiar with drug name, brand name and calculation.
4. Basic store inventory management.
5. Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
6. Able to work independently.
